SANTA ANA, CA – BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQB: BLGO) announced the U.S. Army Medical Material Agency (USAMMA) will include the NBS “Suction Canister Solidifiers” for use in triage and surgery in future U.S. Army troop deployments. The Suction Canister Solidifiers solidify body fluids and eliminate odors. The products received superior marks in military testing performance evaluations.

As previously announced, BioLargo subsidiary Odor-No-More, Inc. was issued National Stocking Numbers (NSNs) for all six Suction Canister Solidifier products. An NSN is the official label granted and applied to an item of supply that is repeatedly procured, stocked, stored, issued, and used throughout the federal supply system. With NSNs, the Suction Canister Solidifier products will be readily available for order from all parts of the Federal Government. In addition, the NSN was a required component to include the products in troop deployment assemblages.

Lastly, Odor-No-More, Inc. received its first order from a Military Medical Facility (MMF) at Langley Air Force Base. This initial order was secured through its distribution partner Downeast Logistics.

Odor-No-More president Joe Provenzano stated: “Having our products selected by the U.S. Army and serving our troops deployed throughout the world gives us great confidence in the future for these and our entire line of American-made products. With the NSNs in place and initial product shipments behind us, we are now qualified and have begun the registration process for the Veterans Administration (VA) and General Services Administration (GSA) schedules.”

BioLargo President Dennis Calvert stated: “Being listed on the VA and GSA schedules will expand the availability of our products to the entire federal government and a long list of qualified purchasers worldwide.”
