BioLargo’s Product wins Cat Fancy Magazine's Best Product of the Year - Editor’s Choice Award



SANTA ANA, CA – BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQB: BLGO) today announced that    Cat Fancy Magazine awarded its Litter Deodorizing Concentrate an “Editor Choice Award”, naming it one of the 18 “Best Products of the Year” for 2013.  Detailed in the December issue, on newsstands now, the Cat Fancy editor commented  “I have four cats in a small house. After I started using this, I noticed an immediate reduction in odor and moisture.  I’m not going through nearly as much litter, and I like the fact that it’s environmentally friendly and non-toxic.”

 In August of this year, the product also won an Editor’s Choice Award from Pet Product News International, the leading industry trade publication. The tester their stated, “At first I was highly skeptical of its odor control, but after a couple days, I was amazed that I hadn't smelled the cat's urine or poop at all…even when the cat didn't cover the urine, there was no smell coming from the litter box.”

BioLargo completes first order to US Government for new products


Press Release:  BioLargo completes first order to US Government for new products

SANTA ANA, CA – (October 22, 2013) – BioLargo, Inc. (OTCQB: BLGO) today announced that its Odor-No-More subsidiary has introduced a new line of odor and moisture control products to the US Government, and fulfilled its first order. The company now offers a series of pouch and canister designs that can be used to solidify liquids or absorb blood and other body fluids. The company will initially target medical providers but plans to expand into general industrial applications and first responders markets.  The product line is being marketed under the brand Nature’s Best Solution®
and will include its Body Fluid Solidifier, Suction Canister Solidifier and Specimen Transport Solidifier (pouches). It rounds out this line of products by adding its Odor Eliminator liquid spray and wipes tailored to serve the healthcare market.

Downeast Logistics, a certified “Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business” (SDVOSB), served as our distribution partner to facilitate our first order to the US Government. Downeast Logistics has operated for more than thirteen years, and will continue to offer our products through multiple channels of the US Government. Its designation as a SDVOSB places Downeast Logistics within a group of highly sought after vendors to the US government.
